Full Description

School Form 2 is filled in every school day, for every learner, for ten months. At the end of each month, advisers must count every learner’s absences and tardies, total each day for males, females and the whole class, and complete the summary box—enrolment, average daily attendance, percentage of attendance, learners absent for five consecutive days, NLS, and transfers in and out. For a class of 40, that is more than 8,000 boxes a year to tally by hand, and one miscount is a form sent back from the Division.

6. Prints on the Paper Your School Buys: One month to a sheet, landscape, on Folio (8.5 × 13), Letter, A4 or Legal. A class too tall for the page is scaled to fit rather than split across two sheets.
7. Excel Exporting: Save this month, or every month with school days on its own sheet, as a workbook laid out like the printed form.

Installation & Activation Guide

1. Download: Click the link above and save MatudloSF2_Setup_vX.X.X.exe.
2. Bypass SmartScreen Warning: If Windows flags the installer (“Windows protected your PC”), click More info, then select Run anyway.
3. Install: Click Install and wait for setup to finish. No administrator password is needed.
4. Launch: Leave the launch option checked and click Finish.
5. Activate: Open the app, select Activate, and paste your 1-year product key from your receipt. Make sure you are connected to the internet for this step.

Note: Product keys bind permanently to the computer used during first activation and remain valid for one year. Do not share your key.
